Halloween Stuff - Shipping Information

We only charge our actual shipping and handling costs. We have a table rate but will refund whatever is left from your payment.


1. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on weight in this section of Halloween Stuff.

**For heavier larger items it could cost more. If any more shipping and handling is to be due then we will contact you for more shipping payment after shipping rate is calculated**
If you make a purchase from us you agree with our Terms And Conditions.

2. How long does shipping take?

Please allow 3 to 10 days to ship from warehouse for UPS Delivery. It could take as long as 10 - 20 days to receive most items unless specified to take longer from the Manufacturer's warehouse to ship. Items are shipped by UPS Ground or standard USPS. Depending on which one is used can possibly create higher shipping costs. We try and send the best ways for shipping, at times items shipped direct from our suppliers we do not have a choice of carrier.

3. Do you ship internationally?

No, we ship within the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii please contact us for these states as some items may be able to be shipped there for additional cost. Military APO and FPO Addresses are included for most of the products. Please contact us for information on products that can or can not be shipped to APO or FPO prior to ordering. We are looking into shipping Internationally though for some items. P.O. Boxes are not allowed except for APO and FPO orders. Additional shipping costs may apply. There will be a service charge in the sales tax area of the sale's invoice. This charge will defer the costs for APO orders. As USPS costs are higher than UPS. We will contact you for any additional costs if needed.

Please contact us as soon as possible for returning your products. The sooner you contact us the better we can help you.


Our Return Policies


Your satisfaction is important to us! If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by contacting us.

**Do not send any products back to the addresses listed on the boxes for your order, as sometimes products are shipped directly from our supplier. If you send products back to the wrong address your refund can be delayed and also you may get less money refunded. **

Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 7 days from receipt of product.

There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

We try and defer the restocking fee. Most likely you will get less back, if we are charged a restocking fee. This will happen if you ship it to the supplier and not us! Returns will not be accepted if shipped after 7 days from receiving product.

Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resalable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
